She first joined as the company’s valuer and, through her dedication and expertise, became business owner and director in 2021. Emma has a genuine passion for property and a real love for her work. Having lived locally all her life, she has outstanding knowledge of the area, which she uses to provide the very best advice and support to clients. Her enthusiasm and commitment make her an inspiring leader and a trusted expert in the property market.
Katie Palmer
Sales Negotiator
Katie is one of the newest members of our team and has already become an invaluable part of the branch. She looks after a wide range of key tasks, including booking and following up on viewings and valuations, preparing brochures, negotiating offers, and conducting viewings. With her strong background in customer service, Katie is dedicated to supporting clients at every stage of the process. She genuinely cares about helping people and always goes the extra mile to ensure they have the best possible experience.
Phoebe Chapman
Office Manager/Sales Progressor
Phoebe has been with us for 4 years and is now our Office Manager and Sales Progressor. She began her career here as an apprentice, successfully completing her Level 2 qualification in estate agency, before progressing into sales progression and most recently stepping into her management role. Phoebe truly loves h er job and takes pride in being part of every client’s journey. Her commitment and passion for customer care have been recognised with the AllAgents Customer Service Award for the whole of Leeds, which she has proudly won two years in a row.

Karol is our Sales Administrator and Accompanied Viewer, and one of the newest members of the team. She brings a great deal of confidence to her role and is always extremely polite and friendly.
